Rachel's journey in veterinary medicine began with her graduation from the prestigious Veterinary Technician program at Georgian College in 2011. This foundation set the stage for a career marked by continuous growth and dedication to animal care.
Starting her career in her hometown of Sarnia, Rachel quickly established herself as a skilled and compassionate veterinary technician. Her commitment to excellence led her to London, Ontario, where she further honed her clinical skills and developed her passion for practice management.
In 2019, Rachel brought her extensive experience to Animal Dental Care as Assistant Office Manager. Her exceptional organizational abilities, combined with her clinical background, made her uniquely qualified to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
Recognizing her outstanding contributions and leadership qualities, Rachel was promoted to Office Manager in 2020. In this role, she has transformed practice operations, implementing systems that ensure every referred patient receives seamless, exceptional care from initial contact through discharge.
Personal Touch
Rachel's personal experience as a pet owner to Duke and Cali enhances her understanding of the emotional journey clients experience when their pets need specialized care. This empathy, combined with her professional expertise, creates an environment where both referring veterinarians and their clients feel supported and confident in the care provided.
